- receive round-the-clock consultations of insurance representatives, learn about your rights in the CHI system and how they can be exercised. For example, how to take preventive measures, what is included in the basic and territorial CHI programs, how to issue and replace the CHI policy, what are the terms and conditions for the provision of medical care, its types, and much more;

— send appeals to SOGAZ-Med regarding the protection of their rights in the compulsory medical insurance system.
