"My Home - Yaroslavl" is a city-wide platform for joint city management with the functions of up-to-date information about various events and news. The portal is being created and developed according to the standards of the departmental project of the Ministry of Construction "Smart City".

The following modules are available to all residents:

Problem reporting.
Submit messages according to available issue types. Your request is automatically sent to the right organization. You can control the progress of work, according to your message, monitor the status change. If clarifying questions arise, a chat is provided between the user (resident) and the dispatcher of the organization responsible for eliminating this problem. Upon completion of the work, you can evaluate the quality of the service provided or reject the decision if you are not satisfied with the decision that the contractor made.

Shutdowns and repairs.
Learn about power outages, heating, cold and hot water. The application always provides up-to-date information on repair work for the entire city. Subscribe to the addresses you are interested in and receive sound notifications with information about planned and emergency shutdowns in your home.

City alerts.
Get alerts about important city events: a poster with a schedule of citywide events, messages about temporary traffic restrictions on roads and detour routes, emergency and storm warnings from the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia for the Yaroslavl Region or YATsGMS, and much more.

Digital twin.
The section will help to find out information about many objects of our city. You can find out which kindergartens, schools are tied to your home. You can get more information.

How it works?
The functioning of the portal on the territory of the city is carried out by the department of the "Unified duty service of housing and communal services" (EDS housing and communal services) of the MKU "Information and settlement center" of the city of Yaroslavl.

Information about outages comes directly from official sources: resource-supplying organizations, the unified duty and dispatch service of the city of Yaroslavl (EDDS), dispatch services of management companies and enterprises (organizations) of the housing and communal services system.

Information about city alerts and news comes from the EDDS of the city of Yaroslavl and the MKU "Organizational and information service of the mayor's office of the city of Yaroslavl" and other structural divisions of the mayor's office of the city of Yaroslavl.

Information in the application is placed and processed by the following departments and institutions of Yaroslavl:
