The application provides convenient access to a wide range of services and information:

- Social services: Receive detailed information about social centers in the Moscow region. Find and book services such as rental of rehabilitation equipment, ordering social caregivers and social taxis, and track the schedule of rehabilitation classes.

- Libraries: Browse book catalogues, reserve books and view events and activities. Use a single library card to visit all libraries in the region.

- Parks: Get information about available parks, interesting trails and attractions, and view a list of events and activities.

- Sports: Sign up for sports sections, find out information about coaches and follow interesting sports events. The app also provides a variety of training routes and up-to-date information about ice skating rinks during the winter.

- Houses of culture: Sign up for club formations of houses of culture, receive information about club leaders and keep abreast of cultural events.

- A single personal account and participant badge for all institutions: Track the status of your applications, class schedules and applications of family members. The virtual badge is valid in all institutions of the Moscow region represented in the system, providing convenience and uniformity of access.

- Institutional employees: Manage your schedule, scan virtual participant badges to maintain an electronic log of visits, and receive up-to-date information about classes.
