Description

The Social Monitoring application was created for patients with a confirmed diagnosis of COVID-19 and citizens in contact with them, living in Moscow and observing their prescribed isolation regime. With its help, the patient informs the city about the conscientious observance of quarantine.

When registering, the user confirms the phone number, takes a photo, geolocation (location) is sent automatically. This is necessary in order to check if the user is in the same location that he indicated in the consent when choosing home treatment.

To prevent the user from having the opportunity to leave the smartphone at home and go out without it, the application at random times sends SMS notifications asking for additional confirmation - this will require taking a selfie.

If the user leaves the original geolocation or does not respond to notifications, the system warns city services about a possible violation of the isolation mode.

The personal data that the user transfers to the service is determined in the consent to receive medical care at home and compliance with the isolation regime or in the decree of the chief sanitary doctor of the city of Moscow. All data that the user transmits to the application is stored securely on the servers of the Information Technology Department and is used in strict accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data".
