Electronic Home is a service for residents of apartment buildings. Its task is to provide citizens with an effective tool for managing and maintaining their own housing in an apartment building using a mobile application or a personal account on the ed.mos.ru website.

Now Muscovites have the opportunity to:
• hold general meetings of owners (OSS) in electronic form;
• initiate surveys among neighbors;
• communicate with neighbors in a common house chat;
• publish announcements and announcements;
• receive information from neighbors in electronic form;
• fix problems in the apartment and house using online applications;
• pay utility bills online;
• receive up-to-date information about accidents and planned work carried out in the house;
• be aware of the activities of their managing organization and establish interaction with it;
• to learn news of the house and area;
• receive useful information from the housing and communal services sector in an easy and accessible form thanks to the texts of the project's editorial board.
