Description

The application is intended for users-consumers of electrical energy in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan and provides the following capabilities:
• providing information on the reasons and timing of planned and unscheduled restrictions on the electricity consumption regime, as well as the date and time of restoration of power supply;
• making an appointment at consumer service offices;
• filing applications for technological connection to the electrical network, signing documents with a simple electronic signature, tracking the status of execution of an application or contract;
• submitting requests (messages, complaints, requests for consultations) to JSC “Grid Company”, tracking the status of processing requests;
• provision of electronic copies of documents to consumers based on the results of the provision of services;
• use of a virtual assistant for the services of JSC “Grid Company”.
