Operations with the search filters (RSS-subscription) ◆
Add
1) Make a search query and search procurement notices on the website http://zakupki.gov.ru. This can be done using any web browser installed on the system, or by using the built-in application forms and the search browser, by pressing button "Add" button (the plus sign at the top right side)
2) On the search results page, click on the link "RSS" (an orange icon to the right of the "Register of purchases and orders").
3) window should open "Adding RSS subscription". Enter a description (name) of a search filter, and then click "Add"

Delete
1) Long press on the name search filter context menu
2) Select "Delete"
3) Confirm the deletion

Rename
1) Long press on the name of the search filter context menu
2) Select "Properties"
3) Edit the name
4) Save your changes

Modify search
1) Long press on the name of the search filter context menu
2) Select "Open in Browser"
3) Click "Change Search"
4) Edit the search query and search
6) On the search results page, click on the link "RSS"
7) should open the window "Add RSS subscription". Enter a description (name) of a search filter, and then click "Add"
8) If necessary, remove the old search filter

Operations notifications ◆
Start monitoring manually - the main menu, select "Update"
Mark All Read - click on the green envelope
Mark as Favorite - click on a star
View detailed information - click on the text of the notification
Send by e-mail or via Bluetooth - a long press on the notification to open the context menu and select "Send"
Download the auction documentation - a long press on the notification to open the context menu and select "Open in Browser", go to the "Purchasing Documents", load the required documents, close the browser window
View loaded auction documentation - click on the name of the downloaded file
Find the downloaded notice - click on the magnifying glass icon, enter the passphrase (price / room / object of procurement) and search
Delete all read the notice - the main menu, select "Clear" (also will remove all pumped tender documentation)

Recommendations for use ◆
■ Set up a schedule for automatic updates for your schedule. By default, the update is performed from 7:00 to 22:00 every two hours. Default Update in roaming is prohibited
■ Compose search filters so that they were given a reasonable amount of notifications between refreshes - not more than 100. If the filter provides more than 100 new notifications in a single update operation, try to break it up into several parts or configure automatic updating so that it runs more often.
■ The remote notification can be re-downloaded from the portal of public procurement during the upgrade, so read the notice should be removed if they are too many, or, for example, once a month

Limitations ◆
The free trial version of the application is a limit on the maximum number of search filters - no more than three. If you exceed the limit function is disabled updates.
