- management of work according to the acceptance and transfer schedule;
- recording of defects (violations, comments) with a photo and a video fragment;•
• registration and dispatching of applications;
• work management:
- unscheduled work on requests;
- scheduled work (TO) and repairs;
• management of daily rounds and inspections;
• notification of performers via Push notifications;
• recording the results of work based on the location of the performer and using photographic materials;
• using a digital information model when processing applications and performing work;
• cloud storage of photos, videos and other office document format files.

The mobile application allows you to work with the main functionality in the absence of Internet access - offline access.
