Description

The regional housing and communal services system for voting in apartment buildings is a convenient, independent and legal* analogue of the GIS housing and communal services.

The owner can familiarize himself with the agenda of the general meeting in advance and express his will through the application by signing his electronic ballot with a one-time password (SMS or call).

The initiators of general meetings in our system can be proactive owners, HOAs, and management companies.
