Application for engineers of security companies, which helps to maintain facilities. You will not miss an application, you can easily get to the object and carry out maintenance without calling the dispatcher.

• View the list of current service requests;
• Receive push notifications about new orders and changes in current ones;
• Read the description of the request, accept it, or refuse if you don't have the right equipment with you to repair;
• No need to call the dispatcher - the application contains all the data about the object: address, contacts, equipment, data on loops;
• By pressing the "Start work" button, the object will switch to maintenance mode and will not distract the dispatcher with false alarms;
• Before leaving the site, check the type of equipment and firmware version in order to prepare tools and updates in advance;
• In maintenance mode, arm the object without a user code to check the quality of editing;
• Change access to the object in MyAlarm by agreeing the list of users with the person in charge at the object;
• Events from the control panel will help assess the situation at the facility and check the result upon completion of work;
• View service history to better prepare for repairs and learn what other engineers have experienced.
