The Unified St. Petersburg Resident Card is an electronic smart card that combines the capabilities of a bank, discount and bonus card, a transport pass, an electronic signature carrier and an analogue of a compulsory medical insurance policy in public medical institutions.

In the mobile application “Unified Card of St. Petersburg Residents” you can:

- Find out about the possibilities of the Unified Card of St. Petersburg residents
- Find out how and where you can apply for a Unified St. Petersburg Resident Card
- Find out about partners providing discounts and bonuses to cardholders
- Take surveys in the Urban Dialogue service and take part in the life of the city
- Collect points for voting and exchange them for prizes and gifts in the "Rewards Store" service
- Receive information about potentially available social support measures in the Social Calculator service
- Receive personalized information about benefits and payments in the “My Benefits” service

The “Unified Card of St. Petersburger” application synchronizes with the “Google Fit” application to obtain data on the number of steps you have taken. For achieving the required number of steps, bonus points are awarded, which you can exchange for rewards from the Unified St. Petersburg Resident Card in the “Rewards Store” section. You can find out the number of steps completed and the number of steps remaining to the goal in the “Activity” section.
