Together Without Smoke is a program created by the Department of Public Health of Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca and the Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Reproductive Health at Michigan State University. The application is aimed at pregnant women who smoke and their supporters.
By installing the app, you will be able to find out reasons to quit smoking, how to quit and how to stay non-smoking, as well as information about the positive effects of quitting smoking on your health and the health of your baby. The information and tips are personalized according to your answers. You can also keep a journal of your progress.
If you are the support person of a pregnant woman who smokes, you will be able to read in the application tips and strategies to support her.
To install the application, after downloading, you will need to enter the access code received by sms from the team of the program Together Without Smoke.
