Description

Oki is a mobile app designed to help users preserve their vision by developing the habit of regularly performing eye exercises, turning them into a fun, game-like experience.

These exercises are ideal for office workers, students, and anyone who spends long hours in front of a computer or smartphone, whether writing, reading, drawing, or handling paperwork.

Eye exercises reduce visual fatigue, redness, dryness, and the sensation of grit in the eyes. They also improve blood circulation to the eyes, restore the tear film, and normalize the tone of the eye muscles.

The exercise program is developed by Lyubov Amkhanitskaya, a practicing ophthalmologist, Ph.D., and expert in vision restoration.
