Prasad Jain, the proprietorial firm of Rara Brothers, Nalbari / Guwahati converted itself to
the rank of a Private Limited company duly registered under the Companies Act 1956
with the sole aim and objective amongst others, “to deal in, manage, purchase or
otherwise acquire and sell, dispose off, import, export, exchange, hold and deal in
diamonds, gems, stones, jewellery, bullion, precious metals, precious stones, pearls,
platinum, coins, cups, medals, valuables, shields, watches, clocks, curious articles of virtue
, art and antiques and to manufacture and establish factories for manufacturing for the
above business etc”
