MY LUZ is your personal online area of ​​the Hospital da Luz network where you can carry out video consultations without leaving home and access a set of features and information about your health and that of your family members.

You can also search and view information about our doctors and our hospitals and clinics.

All free, confidential and secure.

MY LUZ is available to people over 16 years of age and membership is free. Create your account with the Digital Mobile Key or through the identity verification process using your identification document (Citizen Card or Passport).

After creating your account, you will have access to a set of features and personal information about your activity in the hospitals and clinics you use in the Hospital da Luz network: Águeda, Amadora, Amarante, Arrábida, Aveiro, Caniço, Cantanhede, Carreira , Cerveira, Coimbra, Covilhã, Évora, Figueira da Foz, Funchal, Guimarães, Lisbon, Luísa Todi, Odivelas, Oeiras, Oiã, Pombal, Porto, Póvoa de Varzim, Santa Maria da Feira, Setúbal, Solum, Torres de Lisboa and Vila Real.

With MY LUZ you can:

• Consult LUZ ON, Hospital da Luz's digital customer card. LUZ ON is a free card that you can present at any hospital or clinic in the Hospital da Luz Network;
• Know and subscribe to the LUZ ON PRIME Card, as well as manage the subscribed services;
• Respond to the Health Assessor's questionnaire and receive a report with your answers and personalized solutions to improve quality of life and well-being;
• Book appointments, exams and video consultations;
• Receive alerts about upcoming appointments and available exam results;
• Carry out a video consultation using your Smartphone or Computer;
• Record and import your measurements and health data from Google Fit and Apple Health and share them with your doctor;
• Manage your Family's agenda, being able to associate your children under 16 or any other member of your family;
• Share your account with another person, who will also manage your health;
• View, save and share the results of clinical analyzes and other exams with a doctor;
• View exam images (available at units in Amadora, Amarante, Arrábida, Cerveira, Coimbra (Hospital), Covilhã, Évora, Funchal, Lisbon, Odivelas, Oeiras, Porto, Póvoa do Varzim, Santa Maria da Feira, Setúbal, Torres Lisbon and Vila Real).
• View and save medication prescriptions and search for pharmacies near you;
• Upload and save health documents that can then be viewed by your doctor during your appointment.
• View and save prescriptions for consultations and exams issued by your doctor (available at units in Amadora, Cantanhede, Coimbra, Figueira da Foz, Lisbon, Odivelas, Oeiras, Pombal, Solum and Torres de Lisboa).
• Consult your invoices and make payments online using Credit Card, MB WAY, PayPal and Multibanco Reference;
• Access the detailed history of your medical acts on the Hospital da Luz network;
• Have access to the attendance statement, which you can send or print to deliver to your company;
