Description
The Electronic Notifications APP allows access to notifications received within the scope of the Public Electronic Notification Service (SPNE) which was created by Law No. 9/2017 of March 3, Decree-Law 93/2017 of August 1 and Ordinance No. 365/2017 from December 7th.
The purpose of the SPNE associated with MUD is to notify citizens and businesses to the email address freely chosen by the citizen or business, with legal notification effects equivalent to their physical address.
The MUD should be loyal to the citizen or companies at the time of joining the SPNE, electronically or in person, through secure methods of identity verification and effective ownership of the indicated email address.
SPNE will be optional for both participating entities that choose to send notifications through this channel, and for citizens and businesses that choose to be notified via this channel.
SPNE may join natural and legal persons, public and private, national and foreign.
