Description

The Sleep app helps you fall asleep quickly and easily. Professional voice guidance and relaxing sleep sounds will bring a sense of peace and reduce stress.

The application for the correction of insomnia (insomnia) was developed in the counseling and psychological center “Elementary” (Russia, Moscow). The head of development and author of texts is psychotherapist, candidate of medical sciences Daniyal Ibragimov.
It is a psychotherapeutic program that uses the method of auditory (sound) stimulation to achieve deep relaxation and sleep.

🔥 In the app, you can select the sleep sounds that you like, or turn them off completely, adjust the volume of music and voice. You can listen to the accompanying text through headphones or put your phone next to you.
If necessary, turn on the repetition and listen to the meditation for sleep again, but no more than three times.

🔥 In the application, you can also choose a voice guidance for different types of sleep - Deep , Conscious or Revitalizing sleep .

Please note that the application should not be used while driving or in any other situation that requires concentration of your attention and accurate, quick response. It is a relaxing tool that should only be used in an appropriate setting.
