Starting October 9, 2025, you can only use the Poste Italiane App. You can immediately find your Postepay services in the new app: download it now.
The Poste Italiane App offers not only the features already present in the Postepay App for consulting, managing, and purchasing Postepay, Energy (electricity and gas), and Phone (SIM and Fiber) cards, but also many new services for an even simpler and more comprehensive experience.
The Postepay App will soon be permanently discontinued and can no longer be updated.
If you have the Postepay App, switching to the Poste Italiane App is quick and easy: there's no need to create a new account or remember or generate new passwords.
Download the new Poste Italiane App and follow the instructions: your profile and products will be visible immediately.
