From 30 June 2025, the Poste Italiane App will replace the BancoPosta App. Find your BancoPosta services in the new single app.
The Poste Italiane App offers the features you already know to consult, manage and purchase Postal Savings products, BancoPosta accounts, Postepay cards and insurance policies.
The BancoPosta App will no longer be available or updated.
To use BancoPosta services in the Poste Italiane App, you do not need to create a new account, or remember or generate new passwords. Download the new app and follow the instructions.
Authorize access via the BancoPosta App and it will be ready to use immediately, with your profile and products.
