Plicly is the app that increases your well-being and decreases your neck and back pain with real-time posture coaching. On average, we spend more than 3 hours per day staring into our phone. This can negatively affect our physical and mental well-being. Plicly gently nudges you to correct your posture in real-time. Science has shown that a better posture can reduce pain, lead to more self-confidence and even make you appear more attractive.
Built in collaboration with a fitness trainer, the app is built from the ground up to help highlight and improve your posture.
