iPKM

Description

The iPKM application is the official application of the dynamic passenger information system in Czechowice-Dziedzice. The application works both online and offline.

The online application allows you to display a virtual board with the nearest departures in real time and allows you to locate the vehicle on the map. The application in the online version updates all necessary data on a regular basis, and the source of updates are the same data that in other channels are made available by the carrier (website, passenger information boards). The application allows you to display messages from the traffic dispatcher, among others concerning changes in planned lines, changes in courses, difficulties in traffic, etc. on virtual stops boards. The search for a stop is possible by entering: the number of the communication line, the name of the stop or from the graphical representation of the stop on the map. The prediction of expected times of arrivals at stops comes from the server of the Fleet Management System in Czechowice-Dziedzice.

In offline mode, the passenger can check the current timetables of the communication network without access to the Internet.
