Good Support

Description

Good Support Program (awarded by the European Commission with the RegioStars 2019 title for the most innovative IT tool in social services) was developed for the remote management of care services.

It has two main panels: GOOD CARE and GOOD NEIGHBOUR

GOOD CARE is a system dedicated to coordinators who manage the work of carers/volunteers/physiotherapists. It allows you to intuitively and effectively organize:
• tasks and work of persons providing assistance - carers see: what, where and whom the tasks are and the coordinator verifies the location of coworkers
• managing a database of people who need support in their daily activities
• controlling the scope of support provided to them – the system creates auto – reports of completed work

GOOD NEIGHBOUR - an intuitive mobile app for the Android through which we can safely activate and improve mutual neighbourly support. Good Neighbour connects people who want to help in everyday activities, such as walking a dog, shopping, buying medicines and people who need help. Caregivers can apply for the credibility certificate of the organization they work with.

It is possible to pay for or provide services for free. The more people will access their readiness to help, the faster the caregivers base will grow.
