The application can be used by people who need to visit an office, bank, medical facility, etc. The prerequisite is that the given facility has a QMS queuing system and an activated mobile application access service.

What features does the application have?
- Downloading an electronic ticket to the selected facility
- Confirmation of a pre-arranged visit to the facility via the Internet
- Booking a visit on a selected date
- Notification of an invitation to the service desk
- Preview of the status of queues to individual service desks in a given facility

What are the advantages of using the application?
- Reducing the time of staying in a given facility to the minimum necessary
- Information about the invitation to the service desk is presented both on a mobile device and on a traditional display in the facility
- Possibility to download tickets to several different service desks
