Description
The iBOK mobile application - a mobile customer service office - has been prepared for the clients of plumbing and municipal companies that use LogicSynergy software.
The iBOK mobile application gives you the opportunity to freely access current and past bills, pay invoices and provide water meter readings. You can also immediately communicate with the company using the contact form. We give you the opportunity to analyze water consumption and fees on an interactive chart and insight into the map of current network failures.
Thanks to the mobile application you can:
- control the current balance of payments,
- view information about current and archived settlements,
- give the meter reading,
- pay quickly and safely for invoices,
- provide the Company with information using the contact form, e.g. to report a failure or a request for water meter replacement,
- analyze consumption and fees for the current and previous year on an interactive chart,
- view current network events, e.g. failures, on the map.
