Description

Emotional instability and difficulties in relationships complicate the lives of each of us, especially people with borderline personality disorder. Therefore, I created the application DBT Coach based on the scientific foundations of one of the most effective and researched methods of psychotherapy.

The application tries to differentiate itself with a personal approach, especially with the help of the Lottie character, who accompanies you through the individual exercises. The development took place in cooperation with the Brno University Hospital and will, among other things, serve as a supplement to comprehensive DBT courses conducted at the clinic.

Dialectical-behavioral therapy (DBT) is currently one of the most researched and effective methods in the treatment of emotional dysregulation.
