Have you tried to master speed reading? To develop your attention? Schulte Tables - is one of the fundamental exercises, which intended to help you to expand your peripheral vision. This skill is important for capturing the maximal volume of information per one stop of your eyes.

In the classical version, the tables are represented by grid with various dimensions: 3x3, 4x4, 5x5 etc.

Advantage of Sparse Schulte application is in sparse tables, where the quantity of cells can be increased with small steps by 1 cell. It makes progress much easier than in classical version.


Exercise instructions:

1) Look at the center of the table, as if you are looking through it. Read the numbers by peripheral vision. You can activate focus point in the settings.

2) Collect the numbers in increasing order

3) Don't move your look and try to exclude subvocalization (inner articulation) of the numbers.

4) You can collect numbers by your fingers or by your eyes. Our advice is to collect by your eyes only, because this approach give maximal effectiveness.
