Description

Developed by experts in smoking cessation at the Department of Behavioral Science from The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, it offers you free, personalized advice for quitting smoking suing a reduced scheduled approach.
I’mQuitting will allow smokers to follow an individually-tailored gradual reduction schedule for approximately five weeks before they quit. As the pre-quit period progresses, the inter-cigarette interval will be gradually lengthened to accommodate planned reductions in smoking frequency across the period. The primary objective of the I’mQuitting app is to control the timing of smoking. It will allow users prompted to smoke only at specific times during the day (based solely on the passage of time between cigarettes), and the intervals between these times are progressively increased. Once a profile is created, you will receive regular messages that will help you in the quitting process! You will also have access to additional resources and educational materials that are, always useful for staying motivated.

Main Features:

- Set a quit date and receive regular messages generated in accordance with your profile.
- Access advice when you have cravings and find tips to relieve your withdrawal symptoms.
