“GoalBud Athlete” is your coach’s custom app, and it is the tool that you and your coach will use to communicate and drive you on your goal achievement journey. Your coach will be in touch with you as soon as you download and login to this app, and you will be able to communicate with your coach.
If you are not automatically directed to your coach’s login screen you will need to get a code from you coach.
The core of this app is a science-backed 3 step goal achievement system leveraging social networking capabilities:
