Description
The ABFM Physician Directory provides real-time information from the ABFM database regarding the board certification status of family physicians. As new ABFM board certification no longer show end dates, this app allow the user to determine if the family physician is currently board-certified. This app uses the city and state provided by each ABFM board-certified physician and is not necessarily the physician's city and state of practice.
Features included:
-Real time access to the ABFM database to determine the current ABFM board certification status of family physicians
-Information regarding any Certificates of Added Qualifications

About the American Board of Family Medicine
The American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM) is the second largest medical specialty board in the United States. Founded in 1969, it is a voluntary, not-for-profit, private organization whose purposes include:

-Establishing and maintaining standards of excellence in the specialty of Family Medicine
-Improving the standards of medical education for training in Family Medicine
