MyTAXPortal Scanner is designed to scan the barcodes from tax documents with your MyTAXPortal application - a platform providing quick and easy two-way communication between tax professionals and taxpayers.
With MyTAXPortal Scanner, you can easily scan the barcode from tax documents using your Android device. No need to purchase additional scanning equipment and share with everyone in the office. Once the barcode has been scanned, MyTAXPrepOffice (our online tax preparation software) automatically places the data extracted from the barcode into the appropriate fields in your tax return.
