Description
Simple Loan Calculator for calculating the annuity payments on loans. Assesses mortgage payments and compare them at the same time on different credit terms. This helps to decide for how long and under what percentage to take out a bank loan.
The calculator also allows you to:
1) view the schedule of payments
2) early repayment: possibility to enter into a payment schedule for each additional payment
3) the accuracy of the input of the interest rate to hundredths
4) The calculation is done automatically after changing the loan amount, an additional payment, term or interest on the loan
5) calculation is stored after reopening the app
