The Nova Hub allows you to manage your account when you want.
It lets you keep an eye on your usage and make payments, view your past bills, set up a direct debit and provide meter readings.
Download the Nova Hub to:
· Check your electricity and/or gas usage
· See your current account balance
· Pay your bill by credit card or online eftpos
· See your current and past bills
· Set up a direct debit
· Set-up e-billing
· Submit a meter reading
· See your broadband plan information
· Manage your Powerful Wifi
· Manage your Nova Mobile
Ready to get started? Just download the app and register using your Nova customer number and email.
** Please note if you are a user of the previous Nova App, you will need to register for the hub using your email and account number.
