"Grubl" is a brand new popular science health app designed for you who want to spend less time pondering and worrying. Using "Grubl" is safe and easy:

1. You start with a short health & mood check (it will be useful when
the scheme is over).
2. You watch a program series about how the stress system is set in motion
pondering, and learns what attention has to say for how we feel.
3. You get access to various experiments and small exercises that make you better
control over rumination for 12 days.
4. You answer one more question about health & mood. Have you got it
