Considering anthropological data on the evolution of humans and identify studying the worlds best movers, we believe that humans are primarily evolved around 4 functions- standing, walking, running and throwing. Our method is based on constant testing these 4 functions and trying to correct them .
Our customers are people suffering from the most severe diagnosis, such as scoliosis, herniated disc, cerebral palsy, musculoskeletal system problems, or they want to improve their athletic performance, build strength or just lose weight and to feel good.
At Human Biomechanics you will find 120 m2 of functional zone in calm environment, utilizing the most unique Functional Patterns training equipments, where you will get help by the most skilled trainers in the field in the whole of Scandinavia.
Our trainers come from different backgrounds (football, American football, boxing, rugby) and have spent 1000s of hours of experience working as trainers and helping their customers.
