Description
PalliArts offers palliative care providers direct access to up-to-date national and regional information anytime, anywhere. This allows you, as a (family) doctor or other healthcare provider, to provide better care, tailored to the needs of the patient and their loved ones – wherever they are.
The app contains national information:
- Summaries of palliative care guidelines (source: Pallialine);
- Medication information such as medication compatibility in pumps, conversion table for opioids and benzodiazepines, and medication dosages per guideline;
- Palliative care consultations;
- Checklists such as the Distress Thermometer (Disturbance Meter) and the Proactive Care Planning consultation card;
- Information brochures;
- Useful links;
- Available beds in hospice facilities;
- Palliative Care Networks.
The following regional information from affiliated Palliative Care Networks (NPZ) is available for consultation:
- Regional Collaboration Agreements (RSA);
- Regional checklists;
- Regional patient brochures.
