With the My Verstegen - accountancy client portal app you have 24/7 mobile access to your own administration and you can exchange information with us safely and quickly. You will receive handy push notifications when there are promotions for you.

24/7 and everywhere with your own file
In the My Verstegen - accountancy client portal app, you can view your file at any time and anywhere, view specific documents and, if necessary, save or open them in other apps. In addition, you can easily share files such as invoices and contracts with us by taking a picture of them or uploading them from your phone.

Approve or reject documents
Approve documents such as tax returns and annual accounts in seconds. These can then be sent directly to, for example, the Tax Authorities or Chamber of Commerce. You will receive a push notification if you can approve a document.

Never forget your password again
After entering the login details and possibly additional verification, choose a personal PIN code or use TouchID (fingerprint) or FaceID (facial recognition) to log in from now on. This way your information is kept safe, but you don't have to remember a password.


How do I use the app?
If you want to use the Mijn Verstegen - accountancy client portal app, you need login details for the customer portal. Please contact your relationship manager for this.

Important: we ask you during activation whether we can send push notifications. Would you like to receive these with your required actions? Then make sure you agree to this.

If you have access to multiple entities, for example companies, you can immediately access all functionality for the various entities after logging in. You may not see or have access to certain parts of the My Verstegen - accountancy client portal app. This may depend on the client entity you are viewing and the modules and information available to you.
