Fly Fit App

Description

With airplanes and helicopters, pilots deliver the airpower of the Air Force. They provide combat support as well as transport of people and equipment.

Flying is strenuous and demands a lot both physically and mentally. It is therefore extremely important to be well trained. The Fly Fit app helps pilots to train physically.

The app contains very practical training exercises on the basis of clear videos illustrated with which pilots:

1. pre-flight
2. in-flight and
3. post-flight exercises can do

The aim of the innovative and very user-friendly Fly Fit app is to stimulate and coach pilots to be optimal employability by means of specific exercises and to prevent back and neck problems.
Target group are all pilots and loadmasters at the Royal Netherlands Air Force.
