Then you can use the ZCN app to order a taxi quickly and easily with your smartphone.
You can also see where your taxi is located and afterwards you can rate the ride.

How does the ZCN app work?
First you register to be able to book rides with this app.
After you are registered, log in with your personal information.
You can easily book your outward or return journey based on the transport authorization issued for you by your health insurer.
Once your ride is booked, you can track the taxi and it will display the estimated arrival time.
The taxi can also be followed on the map shown.
