Are you not feeling well? Get started with your mental health yourself. Coach op Zak can help you with this. You can chat with an expert or video call with a coach. Also in the evenings and on weekends. There is no waiting time, you can start immediately.
Complete a short self-test to gain insight into your mental health. This may relate to sadness, anxiety, sleep and other complaints. Based on the test, the app provides tailor-made advice that matches your personal situation. Possible advice is to follow an online self-help module. You will not only receive information, but also exercises to get started with. The app sends interim messages to keep you motivated to keep working.
