Description
Drive is a model developed by Marant Interstudie for teachers and supervisors in vocational education. The model describes five teacher positions that help give substance to classroom practice. The model offers concrete tools for shaping meaningful and professional lessons. In this app you will find work forms that can help you with that.
Drive helps to always make the connection between assignments or contents that students are confronted with and the profession. Drive also helps to work with demand management and to support students in making responsible choices. The word drive literally means both "drive" and "urge," and we believe that these are synonyms for self-direction and motivation. Both aspects are of great importance for learning within vocational education. Working with drive encourages students to move, based on an intrinsic motivation, or learning.
