Every day we receive 90-120 patients in our emergency room and thus we are one of the busiest emergency department in the Netherlands. It may well be that you remember your visit by crowds in the (waiting) rooms and in the corridors but mainly due to rising waiting times.

Often takes a long wait but to make your wait more pleasant and useful we offer you information that helps you during your visit to the emergency room. Examples of topics that you are receiving information: triage, what nurses and doctors, research, resuscitation policy, practical information (food, drinks, parking, etc.), information leaflets about your condition so. Even in emergencies or extremely busy you will be quickly informed via the app.

the app comes at the end of your visit, the opportunity to show what you thought of your emergency room visit. We appreciate it very much if you give an appreciation to our care. You can also report your suggestions or complaints about your visit so that we can work together to better care. Your opinion is essential for us.
