[NH Corporate Banking Key Services]

1. Corporate Banking
- Inquiry: Provides various financial transaction inquiry functions, from account inquiry (deposits/trusts, funds, loans, foreign exchange, and other financial services) to Yellow Umbrella inquiry.
- Transfer: Instant transfer, multi-account transfer, scheduled transfer, delayed transfer, fund collection, and automatic transfer application functions.
- Banking Management: Payment/approval, user management, account management, etc.
- Financial Products: Inquiry/subscription for financial products such as Nonghyup Bank, Nonghyup and Livestock Cooperative deposits, and loans.
- Loans: Provides key financial functions, including loan account inquiry, non-face-to-face corporate credit application including principal and interest repayment, and non-face-to-face maturity extension.
- Foreign Exchange: Domestic/international remittances, import/export inquiry, non-face-to-face foreign exchange document submission, etc. Provided
- Card: NH Corporate Card registration, approval/payment details, and limit inquiry
- Utility Bills: Payment of Giro, local taxes, national taxes/customs duties, court/penalty fines, etc.
- Electronic Bills: Key electronic bill functions, including issuer inquiry, recipient/endorser inquiry, electronic bill receipt, and electronic bill issuance/endorsement
- Management Support: Services range from investment association, value-added tax, and corporate management consulting to various affiliated services (SOHO smart assistant, small business services)

2. Authentication/Security
- Various login methods are provided through financial certificates, joint certificates, simple banking, fingerprint authentication, and NHonePASS
- OTP and mobile OTP transactions available for secure financial transactions
- Biometric authentication (facial authentication) transactions for secure financial transactions Available

3. Customer Center
- Customer verification (KYC), FATCA/CRS identity verification, long-term inactivity cancellation, etc.
- Virtual Experience Center: Experience NH Corporate Banking services in advance
- Provides news, events, and an introduction menu for the NH Family App

4. Preferences

[User Guide]

1. How to Sign Up
- Visit a Branch: Visit a nearby Nonghyup Bank or Nonghyup/Livestock Cooperative branch and sign up for corporate internet banking and NH Corporate Banking.
- Non-face-to-face Sign-up: Install NH Corporate Banking and sign up for a new account through a non-face-to-face authentication process. Sign Up

2. Inquiries

[Required Access Permissions]

1. Storage: Login, copy management, image storage
2. Phone Number: Phone number verification for mobile phone user authentication, access to mobile phone status and device information to prevent electronic financial fraud, and other situations where phone numbers are collected, such as mobile OTP, mobile phone user authentication, version check in settings, and (re)issuance of financial/joint certificates. 3. Installed Apps: The NH Corporate Banking app collects, uses, and shares information about installed apps on smartphones to prevent electronic financial transaction incidents such as voice phishing and malicious apps. (NH Corporate Banking app use is restricted when an app requiring caution is detected.)
* Required access permissions are required to use NH Corporate Banking. Failure to grant access will result in restricted service use.
* NH Corporate Banking does not, in principle, collect sensitive information that may infringe upon customer privacy. When necessary, NH Corporate Banking obtains separate consent from the customer and uses such information only for the purpose for which consent was given.

[Optional Access Permissions]

1. Camera: Used for ID photo capture, facial authentication, and other functions (e.g., non-face-to-face new account registration for self-employed individuals, mobile OTP issuance, and reporting).
2. Notifications: Used for push notifications for multi-step payment approval.
3. Address Book (Contacts): Used to send SMS notifications of transfer results after completion and to use contact information during financial product subscription.
* While access to optional access permissions is not required, some features may be restricted.
