LokaleNET

Description

The LokaleNet application provides residents with a convenient and quick exchange of information with the property manager from anywhere in the world, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

A prerequisite for the application to work is having an account on the LokaleNet website. Before downloading the application, make sure that you have access to LokaleNet and that your property manager uses MMSoft software.

Functionalities available in the LokaleNet application:

Balance
- balance view
- the ability to make online payments (Blik and fast bank transfers)

Calculations/ Settlements
- presenting the current amount of fees
- information about recent settlements,

voting
- presenting information on adopted resolutions and surveys
- the ability to vote on resolutions directly from the application level

Information
- displaying messages provided by the property manager
- access to documents published by the manager (regulations/financial reports/business plans)

Submissions
- the ability to send notifications to the property manager
- viewing the status of the implementation of applications

readings
- presenting the history of counter statuses
- the ability to send current readings

Deadlines
- information on important dates (e.g. dates of reviews, meetings)

Administration data/ Premises data/ User account data
- presenting contact details of the property manager
- information about the premises (parameters used to calculate advance payments, such as: number of people, area, standards of cold and hot water, etc.)
- user account details - ID, e-mail address, telephone number, bank account numbers to which payments should be made
