To help, this application offers 7 individualized programs to maximize your workouts and accompany your progress from beginner to seasoned athlete. Once there choose your level and your goals, then let yourself be guided by your station coach station thanks to geolocation and the interactive map. Your results will be included in Google Fit, to track in time and share them.
Courage! According to our consultants sports almost everyone can do it (be careful though, consult your doctor before to take your time and do not force).
