On the spa resort of La Léchère-les-Bains in Savoy, between Albertville and Moutiers, discover the first site FORETsport® NFB with this free application from sports coaching to restore and maintain the form nature.
A natural area like gym, as and when you want? Why not ! To help, this application offers 7 individualized programs to maximize your workouts and accompany your progress from beginner to seasoned athlete. Once there choose your level and your goals, then let yourself be guided by your station coach station thanks to geolocation and the interactive map. Your results will be included in Google Fit, to track in time and share them.
Courage! According to our consultants sports almost everyone can do it (be careful though, consult your doctor before to take your time and do not force). As for experienced athletes, promised, tested, they will reinforce what their physical abilities! Do not forget to enjoy nature: breathe, look ... that too, it will do you well to the body and mind.
