A built-in chat option is also available to help drivers stay in touch with the dispatcher. The drivers can show their availability and schedule trips as per their convenience. NEMT Bot app also offers the option of future scheduling for drivers to plan and organize their future trips in advance. Moreover, each driver will be able to get his full payroll summary at any time.
