Description

This application is intended to be a support for teaching and learning about the knowledge of pronunciation, articulation, writing and the different sounds of the vowels used in four languages: Spanish (Mexico City), English (American), Nahuatl ( Chilapa de Álvarez, Guerrero) and Zapoteco del Rincón (Didza xidza).

Likewise, it aims to strengthen the understanding of phonological schemas and become a useful tool in the process of acquiring a new language and in support, among many others, for the linguistic challenges of migration and the diseases that therapies address. language.

The language catalog introduces you to the vowels of each of these four options; Each vowel contains the pronunciation, writing, articulation sections and in the Zapotec language the tone section was added, where you can hear that the change in the tone with which a word is pronounced produces a change in meaning.

In these sections you will be able to listen to audios with the pronunciation of words that contain the selected vowel, as well as know the spelling of the examples and their articulation through animations that help to identify the movements both of the displacement and of the height of the language, the opening of the lips and the vibrations or movements that take place inside the mouth and other elements that make up the speaking apparatus.
