immo-office is the solution for digitization in the housing industry. With ready-made modules and individual solutions, the web-based application supports companies in the housing and real estate industry, particularly in the area of maintenance with connections to tradesmen, traffic safety, tenant changes and customer management. But immo-portal-services GmbH also offers its customers tailor-made solutions for digitizing company-specific processes.
The immo-office app makes it possible to integrate mobile devices into the respective work process and makes real estate management independent of desks, filing cabinets or internet connections. Using standardized interfaces, immo-office can be integrated into all common ERP and archive systems. With the app, the different processes can be controlled intuitively and on the go.
The user interface is clear, sorted and tidy. Recorded data is synchronized with the server when there is an internet connection. This means that all employees are always up to date. If there is no internet connection available, there is the option of working offline and synchronizing later.
The mobile solution makes everyday work much easier, especially in the areas of tenant change, traffic safety and maintenance.
For example, apartment handovers can be carried out quickly and easily, statutory inspection obligations can be carried out on the go, maintenance work can be recorded and commissioned on site - simply smart!
