Description

Using the latest technologies and innovations to ensure convenient and efficient service provision to its customers, SIA "Rīgas namu pārvādāvārs" (RNP) has developed a mobile app, or RNP application.

The user of the application can be any RNP client who has registered in the portal e-parvaldnieks.lv. Similar to the portal, users of the application will also be able to use it according to their user profile type:

Registered user, but not authorized as an apartment owner:
- convenient transfer of monthly consumption meter readings;
- receive current notifications about real estate management;
- contact your real estate manager.

A user who is authorized as an apartment owner, in addition to the options mentioned above, will be able to:
- pay bills;
- familiarize yourself with the estimate of the maintenance and management works of your home;
- familiarize yourself with the income and expenditure report for managing and managing your home for previous years;

- submit emergency applications (soon);
