Description

If you have BALTA health insurance:
- use a health insurance contactless e-card,
- make a claim for yourself or another insured person,
- view and keep track of claims,
- receive notifications about the taken decision,
- if necessary, add additional information.

In the BALTA mobile application you can also:
- quickly and conveniently purchase insurance services,
- claim indemnity in other insurance types,
- view relevant information, such as policies, invoices, indemnity cases, etc.

When starting to use the BALTA application, you will need to log in through your internet bank, as well as create a PIN code, which you can later substitute with biometric authentication (Touch ID, Face ID) for faster and easier access to your information.
