The application can replace the certificate of a member of the charity organization "Hospital Fund of Zhytomyr Region" (LC) in medical institutions (there is a certificate number, name, information about children, the status of payment of contributions).


The functionality of the application includes:
- checking the status of payment of contributions;
- links to the payment of monthly voluntary donations and automatic filling of details;
- informing about the costs of treatment;
- regular notifications about the payment of contributions, treatment costs, new activities of the LC;
- support for working with multiple users;
- setting a payment reminder;
- a list of all branches of the charity organization "Hospital Fund of Zhytomyr region" and background information about their activities, indicating the location;
- Directories:
1) a list of drugs that can be provided to members of the LC in inpatient treatment;
2) a list of drugs that can be provided to members of the LC in outpatient treatment;
3) the provision "On outpatient treatment of members of the LC";
4) the provision "On the procedure for using voluntary donations to the LC";
5) the list of laboratory researches which are provided at the expense of LK;
6) a list of instrumental and functional research methods provided by the LC;
7) the list of X-ray methods of research which are provided at the expense of LK.
